(RED) friend Rocky Dawuni, who joined our June 2007 visit with (RED) shareholders in Ghana, is just back from his annual concert for Independence Day Concert. This year, he brought the event to the northern part of Ghana to focus on the critical need for clean water. He brought with him a few samples from the Spring/Summer Gap (PRODUCT) RED collection, which was inspired by the designs, architecture, geography, colors, and rhythms of Ghana. This is the first of season in which Gap will use a country or city in Africa as the creative springboard for their (RED) line. Here are photos of Rocky in the beautiful village of Ada, where lake Volta meets the Atlantic. Can you hear the harmony? Tamsin

This is probably not an appropriate place to post this, but not sure where to make contact with someone who could help.
I'm a backyard surfboard builder and am entered in a board building contest to build a board for a charity organization of my choice. The boards will be auctioned off online and the full amount will go to charity.
I would like to donate the take from my board to RED/The Global Fund, but not sure how. My website is www.smedwakesurfing.com
Thanks
Wow, Tamsin - what a GREAT report on Rocky's return to Ghana. Thanks so much for posting it.
I love the fact that Rocky took some of the (RED) products & info with him to show the people how the money comes to the Global Fund through (RED).
I think that this sort of communication is really needed so that the people who benefit from the purchase of (RED) products can better understand the process and better appreciate the (RED) buyers whose money funds the Global Fund projects.
From beginning to end, (RED) is a beautiful circle of caring & concern that benefits every person in the process.
THANK YOU, (RED), for giving us the chance to be a part of this amazing journey.~
Take very good care, dear friends at (RED). Blessings are always around.
ALWAYS (RED) AT HEART, debbie :)
PS: Rocky's pictures from Ghana are simply lovely.
‼ lovely. i like
As an American sharing my time between the States and Ghana, the country I love, it has always been so difficult to get people to connect in any way with my love for the Ghanaian people or for them to even have a clue as to where Ghana is! I am so glad that Ghana is the focus of Gap's (red) line this season and I am sure to expand my collection of (red) clothing with ALL of the new Ghana tees! Thanks (PRODUCT) RED!!
This is great! Good stuff!!!
