I had the pleasure of meeting Holly Robinson Peete and Rodney Peete
recently. It was their daughter Ryan's idea to turn their holiday card
(RED) this year. They put a couch in front of their garage and their
friend Donyell Kennedy started snapping away. A trip to South Africa in
January has inspired the whole family! What inspires your family?

So funny, I just discovered the joinred.com website, and saw the picture of Holly Robinson-Peete, and yesterday I had ordered (RED) shirts for my kids from GAP with the same intention--and I am putting them in the Hallmark (RED) Christmas card too...Here I thought I was coming up with a unique idea! I have been supporting (RED), and hopefully the Christmas cards from our family will inspire others to do the same...

As far as I am concerned Africa can take care of its own problems. If the USA has billions to spend on disease research, let it be spent on finding the cure for the many types of cancer killing millions of Americans each year or Alzheimers research to help the millions of Americanas that suffer and die from that each year. Why are Aficans more important than Americans? I doubt this site is honorable enought o post an opposing view, but I thought it worth the chance.
