Hey bn,
Thanks so much for posting all this VERY USEFUL info on what people are doing around the world for World AIDS Day this Friday.
I especially liked Bono's video. (smile)
As a longtime, active ONE volunteer I will be part of staffing three outreach booths at various community events over the next few days for World AIDS Day.
Besides having all my ONE info/sign up sheets/whitebands, etc at these events, I will also be bringing the GAP RED info that is available at GAP stores when you BUY RED.
This is just to help SPREAD THE WORD ON RED to ever-expanding areas of the consumer market that may not have heard of (RED) before.
And I really can't wait to see the new edition of the (RED) INDEPENDENT newspaper - very good, RED!
Take very good care of yourselves, dear friends at (RED).
Blessings will always surround you.
I AM....ALWAYS (RED) AT HEART, debbie
Friday is going to be a great day in regards to bringing the AIDS emergency to the front burner of the world, especially the world of commerce, again. great work everyone!
another (red) Independent, this is number three! i have a friend in London who will hopefully get a copy to me again.
this video of bono here is attributed to YouTube, but when i did a search i could not find it. i wanted to put the code in my profile. i got the one from MySpace to put on the page there. could you post a link or send the source code please?

Como siempre Bono un grande de verdad.
Gap is running a full-page ad in the New York Times, too...
A2 Level students on the Health and Social Care course at Liverpool Community College, Mulberry Street Centre have decorated T- Shirts and gone out fund raising for this worth while day. The A level students recently went to see the art gallery exhibition at Almina House Sefton Street linked to Liverpool Charity SAHIR HOUSE. These photographs portrayed HIV and aids from a variety of countries and how HIV was initially contracted. The images were amazing and provoked much discussion and positivity. The students were given a talk and answered a quiz about misconceptions. They also practiced putting on condoms.I believe this exhibition has now moved to the Houses of Parliament for world Aids Day.I hope many people are able to see this emotive exhibition .
to bad you can only get the red american express in the UK!
Thanks for the nice useful informative AIDS website. So When was World AIDS Day started ?
