I am now watching the boys on Larry King. I am totally inspired by Bono and Bobby Shriver and the incredible approach to assisting African AIDS victims. I lead a band based here in Malaysia and partly in Los Angeles. What can I do to help? How can I assist apart from buying the products? How can I help in Malaysia?
Best Wishes for Planet Red.

Thanks for sharing! Brian Williams is a great journalist (which is becoming so rare in this country!)

And it's true...Bono loves cameras! haha.

(Red) is exactly what I've been waiting for. I love to shop, so why not shop to save lives?

The (Red) campaign is an ingenious idea; I can't say enough about it. I did, however, want to share something I read it in the NY Times this morning. The editorial is entitled "A Medical-Legal Travesty in Libya" and it details the story of 5 nurses and a doctor who were tortured into giving false confessions that they purposefully infected Libyan children with HIV. The real problem is the unhealthy and unsanitary conditions of the hospital and the Libyan health care system. They are using these 6 people as scapegoats. Anything we can do about it?

I love this whole concept, but focusing on the treatment and not the prevention is a travesty. What happens when we treat these people and they go back to practicing unsafe sex? It is a cycle of devastation. They need education as much as they need medication!!

Do you have a red banner I can put on my blog to encourage RED shopping? I'd love to do something. I'm poor but I have a blog, so that's what I can do. Please let me know.

I watched Bono and Bobby on Larry King as well. I like the idea of having a credit card which says something about what I believe. Do you have any idea if AMEX will bring out Red cards in Japan?
Go Red! A new meaning to "Better Red than Dead"!

Words can not adequately express my thanks and my gratitude for RED and for all the effort to launch it that has been given by all the RED crew - Colin, Tamsin, Bobby (much respect), bn and Colette amongst others.

RED will grow and BLOSSOM into a beautiful expression of Love and concern for the millions of people around the world that live in extreme poverty and are dying of AIDS.

THANK YOU, RED. I was here at the beginning of RED almost a year ago and I will be here with RED until our goal of ending extreme poverty is achieved.

Take very good care of yourselves. Blessings always.

FOREVER RED, debbie

I'm watching the Oprah show with Bono right now. I love the whole concept of the Red Campaign. How can you not? I also love Bono and Alicia's version of "Don't Give Up." Has any one heard if this song will be released for purchase? I think they could make a lot money for Africa if they did that.
