Exciting news - in just one week since we launched our (RED) profile on MySpace, there are more than 14,000 members in our community.
I'm so happy most of you - our earliest friends, blog readers and contributors - joined the MySpace group within the first couple of days. It has been wonderful to put faces and interests with names (and blog comments). Thank you also for posting bulletins and informing your family and friends about (RED).
Some of you have already written fabulous and creative comments on our profile and posted pictures of yourselves with (RED) products. I share all this information and your comments with our partners who are so appreciative of your enthusiasm and support.
If you haven't already done so, check out our profile - it's a great place to meet some other (RED) people: www.myspace.com/joinred. Many thanks to MySpace for making (RED) a Featured Profile. We appreciate their ongoing support and friendship - they're an important part of our (RED) movement. Some of you have already sent Tom "thank you" messages. It means a lot to us that MySpace hear your appreciation - so thank YOU!
As Colin alluded to in a prior entry, we are outgrowing our temporary office space and have been searching for a new place to call home. Amy and Colin have been working hard to find a central location, with a (RED) vibe. It's LA and no matter where you live, you can spend a couple hours a day commuting and we'd all rather be (and need to be) working than sitting in traffic.
Heading back to myspace now to add those of you who posted your MySpace profile URLs to my personal MySpace page.

Please note that there is wonderful abundant office space available in Seattle here and certainly at a bargain from the Los Angeles area. In my dreams, right?
MySpace has been a miraculous decision of yours. just another way of bridging the gap and making this project here closer to our hearts. You've gotten a fan club of sorts, and i'm humbled to be in the bomb shelter right now.
so thanx for keeping in touch. you will have quite a reception when you kick off in the states here.
stay close,
sammi
I agree with Sammi, and I am looking foward to put my hands on the products when they are released here in the USA.
Good luck searching for the new place and lets stay in touch.
Ale
I just heard a statistic on the radio this morning about how something like 4% of US Internet page views are on myspace
I think 14000 friends in one week is fantastic - great job guys!
I must say that I am not a MySpace person but I am slowly becoming one for RED!
I am very heartened at the TREMENDOUSLY POSITIVE reception for RED at MySpace and hope that all the enthusiasm will ultimately translate into support for the Global Fund through the increased purchase of RED products.
I'll have to go back to MySpace and post some of my positive words of support for all of you and RED there also!
Love and Peace. Hope and Joy. Mercy and Grace. Always RED.
ONE in the Spirit, debbie
I think this is an excellent idea!! MySpace is popular with all age ranges and having (RED) on it will hopefully provoke younger people to stop and think. I know that many of my friends claim they have little time for solving the world's problems yet they have time to post for hours on MySpace ;) By teaming up with this online community (RED) really will reach the masses!
